It’s true, you will lose the weight. It also has its drawbacks. You are not really providing your body with a healthy diet. Your energy levels and immune system can be compromised too. In the end, most dieters will gain back the weight they lost within a short time.
What diet works safely is one built around a solid nutritional plan. When you are able to lose weight, stay healthy and follow a simple plan, these types of diets are not only safe for you, but also work to lose weight more naturally.
