Ok, i just found out my BMI is 20.1 lol and i still got some tummy flab but skinny arms and legs and i want to start drinking protien shakes to bulk up and all that but i need to know which diet to folo, all i know is that i must start toneing up my abs a bit but what is good to eat any ideas please?

I’ve tried several diets. I really, really love the nutrisystem diet, but it was just really to expensive for me. I would like to hear your ideas and why you feel this way towards the diet you tell me about. If you’ve had any success with a diet, I’d love to hear about it. I’m just looking for an easy and fun diet that would work for me. I love to eat healthy, actually, I just love to eat. I have low blood sugar, and because of that I have never found a diet that I can do for more than a couple days. Let me know of any.
