I love veggies and fruit, but it seems like all the veggies and fruit have tons of carbs? I am so confused. I just had a tasty snack of red radishes, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes…yumm..but im sure it was a fattening snack!

I heard something about this phenomenal lemonade diet—I would love to try it just to see if it works. It is all natural too—so consequently, it won’t be too dangerous.
